Adelaide Lodge

Adelaide opened in April 2004 and is a 9 bed, 24 hour unit. Six of the beds are block booked by three local community health teams to offer respite placements which may only last for a couple of weeks and it is essential that we encourage residents with their daily living skills for when they go home. The remaining three beds are for permanent placements. The property is well maintained and all residents are encouraged to cook, clean and look after themselves.
“I have lived at Adelaide Lodge for two years and in that time I have stayed well due to the support of the staff. The home is clean and nice and I have a very large room that looks to the garden. I am very happy at Adelaide”
SHIRLEY GILKS, Adelaide Lodge
